Return/Changes Policy: 1. No quality problem with the shoes
If there are no quality problems with the product, please contact us, we will send you the return address, and you need to pay for the shipping fees. 2. Defective or Damaged Product
We only accept returns or exchanges for the products with defect within 5 days after being delivered. If over 5 days, we regard it as normal damages.
Return/Changes Eligibility: 1. Footwear must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the original condition received. 2. The tags on footwear must be intact. If removed, the item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded. 3. Footwear must be returned in the original box provided, and packaged inside a protective shipping box. Notices: Our policy lasts 5 days. If you have received the shoes, it has been 5 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refund Policy Please allow up to 10-14 business days once your return has arrived back to us to inspect and authenticate the items(s) and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping charges.
